So I think you would try a size 4 or 4.5 in boys. I wear a women's size 6 shoe, and it occurred to me that I might buy boy's dress shoes. I've found several pairs online, and they are much less expensive than a comparable shoe for women.<br /> Does anyone know how to convert a boy's shoe size ? If all else fails, I can try on boys shoes in a shoe store and then order online, but I want to order today! Thanks for your help - </p>
