I'm sorry. I use a very cheap ($2) cushioning insole that I buy at the pharmacy. ( Hema type place).</p> <p>I wear my Converse in Winter ALL the time. Their rubber soles are fab in the rain. I wash the laces in the washing machine and use oxy-clean to wash the soles. Sneakerhead wants you to pay with your creditcard via PayPal for international orders. And now it appears that I first have to have my creditcard verified with PayPal (meaning paying a small amount with the card, then waiting for the creditcard statement and going back to their website to enter the reference number on the statement and only then I can start ordering for real. The difference as understood at the time was that they were a bit wider than women's sizes. Unfortunately Sneakerhead.com only seems to have Converse for men.</p> <p>Have any of you ever bought men's Converse and how much did you need to size down for them to feet your 'ladyfeet'?<br /> I've had a look around Zappos and they seem to suggest that there's a difference of 2 sizes, so if you wear a women's 7, you should order a men's 5. Does that sound about right you think?</p> <p>(and maybe a silly question: is their actually any difference between the men's and women's models, I don't really see it) </p>
