In this shoe I needed the 7. The 6.5 was too snug.&nbsp;</p> <p>I have the white ones and they have turned out to be a surprising wardrobe workhorse for me. I can't wear regular Cons either because they are too flat.&nbsp;</p> <p>I tried these with an insole but ended up wearing them without, and find them super comfortable. I found these to be narrow, and I got a 10. I cannot wear a thick sock with them. So I would say size up half a size?
