I do have to get mine trimmed every 4-5 weeks though, and must wet/wash it every morning and use some goop - but seriously, even that each morning is less work than longer hair!</p> <p>If I recall correctly, you have had pixie's in the past, so you probably already know that sutff LOL? I second the recommendation to really know and trust your stylist. I have had my hair short before and have been unhappy with it, but with my new stylist I absolutely love it. </p> <p>As far as maintenance, pixies are very easy to style on a daily basis, but you will have to commit to going in for a trim more often. And product is VERY important. Make sure your stylist shows you how to style it and what types of products to use. Ask for pictures. If possible, ask him for a feminine nape. (Longer strands yet stylish and clean) Bring pictures of napes. Bring pictures from many angles. </p> <p>Ask him to maintain longer strands in the front.
