It is fairly well defined if you are looking for booties (around ankle bone to calf ), or just more standard pumps, but if you want more like a high vamp pump, or just at ankle bone it gets muddled. For me, the just at ankle is a very versatile, and wearable type because they generally stay on my feet, and not hurt the baby bunion. Down side is most of the stylish, not frumpy, not comfort shoe looks, are at least 3 inch or more heel height. </p>
