Fat? Are you kidding??? A 25 inch waist is absolutely tiny! I'm sure you are perfect, so don't try to lose weight. I battled anorexia for 5 years, being thinner is not the answer.

Oh my, your measurements are very close to mine and I agree with your friends, you do not need to loose weight. I don't know how tall you are but if your have pear tendencies, your hips will always be slightly larger in proportion, you can't change that. You need to find clothes that flatter your shape and be confident with the shape you have. My hips are just over an inch smaller and my bust and waist are the same as yours, when I gain some weight it is evenly distributed. From speaking with other pear shaped women, they say any gain goes to their hips and any loss comes off of everywhere but their hips!
I'm sure you look lovely just the way you are!

My advice is do not go that way! It doens't work like that, I've learned that even when I loose weight, my body shape is the same!
Every body is beautiful!

It sounds as if you are a lovely slim- pear shape and I would recommend that you have a look at Angie's suggestions for dressing your body type.
You can copy an hourglass figure if you wish by dressing in certain styles, colours and shapes to accentuate your shoulder and bust area without resorting to dieting.
You sound perfect just the way you are!

i've done some test to identify my body shape and i have pear shape with burst:32.5 inch, waist: 25.5 inch, hips: 35 inch. So that make me feel fat, and i want to lose some weight but many people i already look thin and i lost some weight and will look more skinny. However, i want to get the hour glass shape.I wonder if i working out to shape my lower body is it impact my body weight too??
