Maybe they don't photograph well, but somehow they are coming across a bit too busy for me -- the gold is high contrast with the dark brown, plus the straps, plus the distressing. It's just ALGO in one boot to my eye. I am also probably biased because brown and gold are not my faves -- I agree with Jonesy that the other color combination is more appealing. I think the lower contrast helps a lot.</p> <p>However! If you love them and can think of lots of ways to wear them, that's what matters.
