Based on some revelations over the last two weeks in what makes me feel good, Suz's brilliant post on how she is looking at 2014 trends and all the wise responses, Angie's reminder in how we should wear trends in a way that is right for us, and the past three hours playing in my closet and trying on pretty much everything I own in every possible way, my revised needs/wants are:</p> <p>- Okala pumps (not sure yet on the color way)<br /> - refined loafers in a light color<br /> - olive green slim cargo pants (just dressy enough for work but also can be casual)<br /> - 2-3 light weight drapey tops in light colors<br /> - floral pencil skirt</p> <p>These few items will work with what I already have and am keeping. No need for anything more. I'm thrilled with my few dresses, white jeans, blue jeans, toppers, sandals, handbags and accessories that I already have. Plus I have my pastel suit and earlier today found MY perfect fluid ankle length black dress trousers (to be revealed when a bit warmer). They have just the right amount of slouch with tapered legs so no overwhelming volume.</p> <p>I'm excited for spring - now the weather just needs to cooperate! </p>
