Yes! Do not size up. They will fall off.

Angie--would you say that Commando hose run TTS in all styles? I know that the two-tone pair you recommended, specifically should not be sized up. Is that true for the opaque black as well?

I have no waist or hips, but an existent butt and thighs. It's a delicate balance between comfort and enough snugness to keep the hose from slipping.

i love mine and bought two pair of these on NAS. I have a pair of leggings made out of the same weight fabric as the tights. I have had them since January and no snags or runs. Of course, I don't wear them on my toes! But, I often get holes in the toes of my stockings because of the way my feet are shaped and I just sew them up.

That said, I have the dot hose which are sheer and so far no holes (I've had them since probably March and worn them maybe 5 times?).

I don't size up or down, and they are just right for me, although I have hips, so not sure if that makes a difference.

They are so comfy I've gotten rid of nearly all of my other hose. I only kept my woolly ones for dead of winter and a pair of burgundy, because the color was too unique to let go of them.

As NAS winds into its final week, I'm contemplating the black opaque Commando tights on sale. Are they as comfy as reputation claims?

Since I have an undefined and short waist, all tights and pantyhose end around my belly button and tend to dig into my apple-y chub. I found a pair of no-waist tights at Anthro that felt wonderful... then they proceeded to get a huge hole in the toe on the second wearing. If the Commandos can last more than a season (in heavy rotation with other tights) and are truly comfortable, I think they'd be worth paying 2-3x as much as usual... otherwise, I'm not really short of regular black tights.

Also, what about sizing? I usually size up from a small to a medium in tights, but some reviews urge otherwise. Thanks in advance for any advice you might have!
