They run TTS or maybe a bit large, but my short fat wide foot definitely takes up space. They fit a lot like Birkenstocks - they actually feel loose and light, but stay on the foot really well. The suede is super soft, and the whole shoe looks much more expensive than it is. It's worth a try with Zappos - you may be able to adjust the buckles enough to fit.
