The shoulders are 15" across and the waist is a full 32". No wonder I could grab a good 2 inches of fabric in the back. But the bust is just 35", so only 3" difference. I think most of my jackets have more like a 5" difference. I find them fun but do hope that they will fit a bit closer to the elbow if I size down. Definitely too big in the shoulders. See how it makes a slight indentation between the shoulder seam and collar? Layer up three or so layers including a sweater, then put on the jacket. That will give you a better sense of how it should fit!
