I do a little and will offer what help I can. &nbsp;The easiest way is with a patterned top that pulls in the color from your skirt plus your tights color. &nbsp;For example, a mustard and blue pattern top with a blue skirt and mustard tights. &nbsp;A bolder way is to color block colors that look good together with neutrals. &nbsp;Same blue skirt, mustard tights, but a solid&nbsp;gray pullover. &nbsp;Or a mustard top, blue skirt and gray tights. &nbsp;An even bolder way to do it would be colors of the same intensity: a blue skirt, mustard pullover and burgundy tights. &nbsp;</p> <p>I wore a black and white dot dress with a cobalt cardi and a pair of mustard hose <a rel="nofollow" href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-thats-bold">in this post</a> in the first picture. &nbsp;It is a bold and conspicuous use of color. &nbsp;If you want to blend into the background, probably not your look. I was wondering if I can combine them with other colour tops eg brown or ???<br />Should then I match the tights or I can still wear black?
