I am in the midst of an exchange nightmare with them. I ordered some colored jeans from them and needed to exchange them for a different size. Six weeks after they received the merchandise I returned, they still have yet to process the exchange. Their exchnage policy says expect it to take up to 4 weeks for them to receive and process any exchange or return. I did check the Gap- it appears they are sold out online and I haven't seen them in store either. I am going to Target this weekend so I will check there. I will try going to Urban Outfitters as well (as recommended by Sarah's Budget Babe link)- looks like they have high rise colored denim. It sounds like Denise's plum skinny's are a Canadian brand but I can try tracking them down if I don't have success elsewhere.
