Thank you for your helpful replies!!

Only recently have I learned about seasonal color theory, and I am looking to wear better suited colors. Typically I wear little color and stick to black, grey, and white.

I don't quite remember which colors I've received compliments on as I don't wear many of them too often! However, I have been told that golden yellow and cream do not suit me!

Since I wrote this post, I've been testing clothing and pieces of fabric next to my face. I notice royal blue and white really pop. White looks better than black near the face. The other day I tried on a navy coat, which was a surprisingly flattering color (I don't think I've ever worn navy, perhaps I should start!) Silver (especially whitish-silver) jewelry appeared luminous and bright. A big improvement to gold!! I will have to continue to try more colors. :)

When I wear color, I tend to choose muted spring and autumn tones. Only now I'm realizing that the cooler, clearer colors make my coloring pop and look healthy. I'm very glad to be learning about color seasons! I feel like this will make a huge difference in how I look and feel.

From the first set of pictures, I see Cool, Deep and Winter. You have light skin, dark hair with no red tones, and very dark, cool eyes. The cool colours you are wearing suit you very well, and you've told us that golden tones are unflattering on you, so I think you can rule out the warm seasons.
I think you already have a good instinct for what suits you.

I'd say either warm spring or cool winter. The pinks wash you out a little but I'd love to see you in some stronger colors.

I think your complexion is pretty neutral, as far as cool/warm. I'd guess Warm Spring?

You will have to try on some colors for us to judge.

Not a colour theory fan myself, but I'd agree with the Snow White idea. I'd look for navy, blue, greens. You could probably manage most deep and pastel tines equally. I'm not sure if you'd suit Grey however, and I too struggle wearing trendy beige and "autumn" tones.

The best thing to relly do to find out what you suit is to try it on! Even if you dont like the style , go raid some friends closets or a local mall - it's free and fun and you all get a laugh out of it. Color theories work only so well, and many a girl has come wanting their ball dresses in x but came out with y. Definitely keep an eye on what you're wearing when you receive compliments as well - both the color and the style.

Hmm ... I'm not the best, but your colouring reminds me of Michele dockery and I've seen her analyzed as a bright spring. Basically a bright winter with a small touch of warmth added. What do you think?

I'm not very educated in the colour season theories...BC here knows a lot about them, hopefully she'll turn up. But I think you have the 'Snow White' look - dark hair, fair skin. Which I think might mean winter. However, I don't see you in the deep jewel tones of winter either. Maybe some sort of spring?

Hello!

I was wondering your opinions on my season and subtype (clear, deep, warm, etc.) I find that yellows, oranges, and golden beiges don't look very flattering on me.
