Synne, thank you very much!
In the case of previous palttes, this one caught my attention! It's probably light summer.
I will check Red Leppard (redleopard.co.uk?).

My favorite of your last palettes are number 5. I recommend checking out Red Leppard (brought to my attention by fab LisaP!) They showcase many real life examples on their Instagram account.

They additionally ascribe a fashion persona along with your seasonal color type, i.e. Soft Summer Adventurer, or Blue Autumn. They advice to focus on your best hues within your assigned pallette, discard the others. Hence Blue Autumn would mean the cooler (!) shades of the warm autumn palette.

I would say you are a Soft Summer leaning warm! Almost a cool autumn. If that would make any sense at all.

I don't like warm colours like yellows, oranges, but I can't see any palette make my eyes shining and my face looks fresh. Hopeless case ;)

I like the second palette, but I think (based on your other thread) that you also need medium to high contrast ... I know some systems don't want to bring hair into it, but when hair and skin contrast a lot I think it's hard to ignore (as a fair brunette myself!)

@Smittie, I just feel that I am a combination of warm (freckles, hair - but not always, it depends of the quality of light - and predominance of veins in a sea color) and cold tones (lips, skin), so I have a huge problem with assessing my best colors.
On the colorwise.me website I added my photo, among others with soft autumn colors - earlier it was mentioned that there are no photos of me with colors from this palette.

Here are my onservations: The bright white and black are your worst colours. The greener blues look better than the purply ones.
Beige looks good as does the salmon pink.

You have very warm hair (it looks brown-auburn) and your freckles make your skin look warm. Your eyes are slightly green but very clear.

Your lips are a cool pink though, so that might allow you to wear cool tones.

The combo of clear eyes and cool pink lips make it easier for you to wear cool colours, I would think.

But your reddish hair, freckles, and green tinge to your eyes make it easier to wear mid tone warm colours like teal, blush, and beige.

I think colours are more complicated than the four seasons!

Have you looked at the site 12 blueprints? It's really good about describing the color seasons. Guessing SA by your description, which really doesn't use the stronger yellows/ oranges. DH is one and olive, tan, med grey, and blue grey are what works for him.

Chiara, thank you very much for your opinion! I agree with you. I didn't feel I'm the spring type. Many years ago I recognized myself as soft summer, but a few people said me I'm the warm type (and the most veins are green with maybe two violet), but I didn't feel comfortable in most of warm colours (e.g. orange, yellow). When I saw the comparison me wearing white (which I always hated!) and ecru/creamy something in my thought started changing.

I think you are a soft, either summer or autumn. It looks like when the colours are too pale, your face loses structure, eg 1. but when too dark, eg 42, 24, 25, your face gets shadowed in a way that’s not working. So medium value works. I also love the soft chroma colours such as 28, 8 (almost too dark), 9, 10, 11, 36, 37, 15, 4, 17.
I actually think you have typical “soft” colouring eyes, in the wrong colour they look flat, and in the right colour they are mesmerising. My husband is a soft autumn and my mother is a soft summer, and this is something that I’ve observed in them and other softs.
I agree with the others, there are no colours which I would describe as spring colours in your trials (I’m a light spring in sci-art system, which has worked best for me overall).
In terms of colour analysis, it just gets you to the right place on the map, but your exact location might look a bit different from someone else. For instance, I lean warm in my colours, so my green, coral and melon orange work really well, whereas light spring blue and the cooler pinks are ok (they don’t make me look tired or shadowed) but they don’t look as good as the warm tones. My husband is a cool leaning soft autumn, who looks best in the blue and pink tones, the greens are ok but not as exciting. You are looking for colours which make your hair colour rich, your eyes glow, and so not bring out shadows or red patches, or turn you yellow (which is happening a bit in 45,46, I think). The challenge for soft colourings is they are quite adaptable, so lots of things look ok, and it is hard to identify what is better than ok.

Firstly, you have beautiful clear eyes and I do not think they look like the eyes described as being summer or autumn eyes, which are murkier and softer, more blended. I think you may be a spring. I don’t see any spring colors in your photos though—— these all look like autumn or maybe some soft summer colors. I would like to see how you look in spring tones.

Hi Kivii, I can't see the photos but just wanted to share my thoughts. Having spent plenty of time down the colour analysis rabbithole (which is loads of fun!), what's worked for me personally is just to focus on the primary characteristic that I have -for me this is "cool" - and not worry about the rest. I spent a lot of time trying to split hairs beyond that but for practical purposes, it's somewhat irrelevant ... Light, contrast, mood, environment, personal style also play in the mix, so fussing over whether a blue is soft summer or true summer doesn't really matter that much.

Are there a few colours you know work well on you? If so, that might give you a clue as to your primary characteristic. Good luck and enjoy exploring, whatever method you choose!

I have had my colors done multiple times and ended up in multiple “seasons”! (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Light Summer). I have features of all these seasons which makes it confusing. There are people that do not fall neatly into any one category, or even any of the 8-12 categories that have been arbitrarily set by people who created these systems. Their usefulness is best to help you choose a color scheme for your wardrobe that you plan to stick with. If you have a neutral base and add colorful accessories, than the colors would be for your accessories, etc.

The color season that worked best for me was light summer. The colors resonated best with me and made me feel happy. If I venture a bit more warm it works fine, but too far is not a good idea. I can also go cooler. I can go softer as well and even darker.

The best color typing I ever did was recently. The makeup I use comes from Elea Blake online. It’s a mineral product and works great for my skin, and anyone with rosacea or other sensitive skin issues. You can imagine it’s hard to figure out what colors to purchase over the internet! They have developed a system for testing out colors that makes sense because it is highly personalized and takes the arbitrary categories out. Instead you swatch yourself with multiple shades of mineral colors. If the colors stay true on your skin and do not turn a different shade, than it is a good color for you. Once you have finished figuring out all your colors there are codes that help you to learn if you look better in warm or cool shades of a certain hue, and also if you can do light, medium, dark...they account for all the necessary color parameters. It’s a bit pricey, but you can purchase personalized swatches to remind you of your hues. It was very fun, and if you really want to get your colors done, I would consider looking for someone who will do very personalized typing and not seasonal typing.

I should add that the colors from each of the seasons that I had previously been typed as were in my last group. My original season placements all included colors that I could not wear even though I was supposedly in the season. I always felt suspicious of the results when that happened, and the only times it didn’t was with the summer types.

I cannot tell anything about your color type from your description, but another thought: If the item makes your eyes sparkle and you feel happy wearing it, than it’s a good color.

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

I think your description is close to a spring, but I cannot know for sure.

Hi!
I need help. I would like to start dressing in clothes more suitable for my type of color. I always thought I'm the soft summer, but a stylist while choosing glasses suggested that I'm a warm type. The fact that I have never liked myself in white, but now I think maybe I was wrong.
My characteristics:
- hair - the shade varies depending on the light - in the interior a rather cold shade, in the sun a little shimmers on gold (yellow-red)
- eyes - gray-blue with a strong graphite border around the iris and a greenish-gold border around the pupil
- skin with a tendency to sunburn, with large brown (rather warm) freckles
- the interior of the wrists - turquoise and purple veins

Which of the colors suits me best?

My photos: http://https//drive.google.com.....sp=sharing
I will be grateful for your help!
