I'm glad you posted it along with your question, because I am struggling with this exact question now myself. I think this combo works especially because of the cool gray I see in the pattern in the top, and because the jacket is a cooler neutral as well. The cream pants are also not too warm a shade. The booties I feel are that kind of color that can go cool or warm. So altogether the outfit is harmonious on you. The top is the key to the look for me, too--it seems to have the ideal level of contrast to flatter your face and hair.
