Darn! I just missed out on a pair of sand Rorys in my size on ebay. There were no returns allowed and I hemmed and hawed about the color and ultimately lost out. I just like it. When they say it's more "taupe" than "sand", what they probably mean is that it's a cooler tone -- i.e. not quite as golden as it appears on the monitor.
