My measurements that failed to work with these boots were my calf circumference of 16", and my above-the-knee circumference of 17". If your measurements are a tad smaller, these boots should work for you.</p> <p>They are gathered and slouchy, and the cuff can also be folded down a few inches. Fabric is soft and a little stretchy.
