I purchased of pair of shoes while in Vegas, and one of the buttons popped of a few days after I came home. This was while living in the middle of nowhere, WA. They sent me a shipping label and I sent off my shoes. A few weeks later, they came back to me, free of charge. They also brought me champagne while I was trying the shoes on for the first time, which may have something to do with why I purchased them ;-)</p> <p>I'm glad to hear they're treating you so well! I have used that service many times, and am surprised it still exists.</p> <p>On a related topic, my (gay - which here , I think, is an important detail) former boss informed me that Coach is "for old ladies"! I brought it in to our local Coach store and they sent it off for repairs free of charge. They were able to look me up in their system even though this is the only bag I've ever bought and I got it online. I had to dump my purse out into a shopping bag, which was pretty funny. Anyway, I am psyched! </p>
