And I only picked up two items, both climbing gear related. So a big win! I am not that interested in adding new stuff to the closet right now anyway - I'm more about honing. </p> <p>I encourage anyone who wants to do it to go ahead. We just displayed our stuff in various places - draped across couch or chairs or just on the floor. In addition to bringing clothing and jewelry to swap, I asked everyone to bring some kind of financial donation to the shelter -- any amount. And if you made a financial donation you got 2 "save me" tickets. Everyone came and displayed all their items and we all walked around with wine and our tickets before the "store" opened, and you could place your ticket by anything you really wanted. And then the "store" opened at a set time and it was just a free for all.&nbsp; It was so much fun trying on stuff together. We raised a few hundred dollars for the shelter and just had a blast. It was a lot of fun. I can't think of any favorite clothing I came away with, though. Mostly I came away with items that others thought looked great on me, but I had no idea how to wear, and they ended up being purged a couple of seasons down the road! Still I'd do it again for the fun, and because it does give a good reason to gather up those donations.
