Here's where I am so far...</p> <p>I've done an initial purge of everything outdated, unwearable or just bleh. Now I'm down to things I want to keep and trying to sort out why I don't wear them by:</p> <p>1. Wearing them. For example, today I wore an AT black skirt that seemed perfectly fine, but after a couple of hours I realized it was riding up on me until the waistline was almost at my bra! I have no idea why. In any case, that plus a questionable length makes it a toss. I'm going to try to do this with everything I don't use.</p> <p>2. For several items I otherwise like, I've realized I'd wearing them if I only had a matching (cami/shirt/jacket/fill in the blank)... I'm making a pile of those and then I'm going to see what common purchases I could make to fill in those holes and make them more useable. I have a nice deep blue open cardi with nothing to wear under it, except my miserable black shirt.</p> <p>3. I'm also accumulating a stack of stuff to hand to my poor tailor.</p> <p>4. Then I will be forcing you all to suffer through outfit photos for the final edit.</p> <p>This is some seriously hard work! I'm so glad others here are going through the same agonizing process... hopefully I can still learn from experience. </p>
