It could be fun to mix the floral patterns. I have had leatherette shred over time,too, including a favorite jacket. Have you tried coated denim jeans? The black especially looks like leather. I wash mine inside out on gentle and hang to dry but the coating gradually goes away.. I still have more to do, but this is a good start. It is 10 items of which 2 were holding zone sentimental items, so 8 from current wardrobe. I’ve bought 7 new things in 2019 so far, so current wardrobe only down by one. Better than up I suppose for a fairly large wardrobe of between 170-180 clothes/shoes?<br /> The oldest were 1997/8, a poinsettia blouse and skirt suit I just loved but not worn quite a few years. Was in holding zone. Gritted my teeth, goodbye. Didn’t fit any more. Used to wear it on Christmas Day several years. Gone to hospice shop.<br /> Short black and white floral shorts from 2015 are too short on me and not flattering on my legs. 36 wears. Gone to DD2.<br /> Fun 2010 black/bright colours jacket ( pics 6-9) has gone to same DD who has borrowed it before. I only wore maybe 19 times, fun but maybe too casual for me and didn’t do up.<br /> Fiji blue/pink floral tunic 2013 30 wears had cost $30( pic 1). Going off tunics, maybe too little girly for me?<br /> Pink roses pencil skirt 2010 pic 2. Pic 2 was the last try. This was my 50th birthday skirt but I’m 58 now. Find it a bit short now? Not me any more.<br /> Puffed sleeve white top pic 3 2009. Too tight and tummy sticks out. That was worn for my 50th too with the pink roses pencil skirt. 50 seems young now :(<br /> The last 3 were wearing out.<br /> Scope bright jacket 2016 pic 4 38 wears was pilling.<br /> Scope black jacket 2016 pic 5 near 150 wears was pilling. I duplicated it last year and the new one has had 41 wears already!<br /> Black Max leatherette ponte pants 2014 had cost $79, had 92 wears. I got them out for their first wear this autumn and the leatherette has sort of shredded itself over the summer? I have 3 other pairs black pants I will try to wear instead but those were my faves :(<br /> Thanks for reading. </p>
