My New Year’s goal was to do a thorough purge and re-org of my clothing and closet. I’ve been chipping away at odd moments throughout the year.<br /> Yesterday I went through and stored the very summery clothes (candy-striped linen shorts, etc), and the handful of awesome pieces that currently don’t zip or button, but which I’m never getting rid of (hope springs eternal? or just fond memories?) These went into a couple of sterilite boxes.<br /> Then I purged out my fabric stash, and put the keepers into 3 empty bin-size closet dresser drawers, so they’re in easy reach.<br /> Result: 5 paper grocery sacks of non-fits, worn-outs &amp; yard-goods to the Super Savers donation drop off. (Friday was DH’s books and some of my art supplies to Goodwill and the library.) </p>
