Maybe that's par for the course with custom closets but of course is not in some kits. Yes, you can measure everything and have a place for everything and then install that, &nbsp;but I find I've enjoyed revising what goes where according to changes in lifestyle or my style or whatnot. So shelving rails that have movable pins, or a framework on which you can move around modular components--that sort of thing. I'm very excited! One company already showed me a layout plan (in 3D!) and gave me a quote. The other is not quite as tech-savvy and needs a few days to work up a plan. </p> <p>Any advice as I move forward? Have any of you done this before? </p>
