I’d keep the short velvet jacket at 7 for wearing with midi skirts, if you have any. The longer midi skirts suit a shorter jacket, I think. The downside is that it’s quite expensive, since the tailor has to rework the shoulders. I had it done to about four jackets back in the day that had those linebacker shoulders.
