However, I have also put my Levi's in the dryer because I was pressed for time and they came out great. As you I can't loose any length so I would have noticed if they had shrunk. </p> <p>Someone once told me to step onto the hem and give the jeans a good pull to stretch them while their wet. Personally, I'm the opposite of you. I'm short so I prefer placing them in the dryer to shrink a bit. However, when taking the jeans out of the wash I recommend giving them a little stretch and hang drying. </p> <p>It depends on how many wears you get out of a pair. I'm a denim junkie so I hardly get to wear more than one pair twice a month - unless they're my favourite pair lol. My lucky 13 year old sister ends up with all my Guess, parasucos, levis, mavis, and whatnot I had to give away 5 pairs this weekend because of them shrinking and I only wash in cold water and hang dry in my laundry room. </p>
