Water, a little liquid laundry detergent, and you are set. It sounds insane, I know!! I got it for Christmas a few years ago, they had them in a local supermarket. It really works! You just add water, a bit of washing-up liquid and the jewelry. It takes about ten minutes and then you have squeaky clean pieces. You just have to take care what jewelry you put in there, you can't use it on different gemstones and so on.
