Last winter, i took my coat to the cleaners and a few weeks after picking it up when I wanted to wear it, I noticed the belt was missing. I went back and told them, so, they found it and called me to pick it up. The buckle on my belt was broken before I took it in &amp; I had forgotten to mention it, so the poor guy who found the belt, thought that they had broken it, haha, and he fixed it for me by replacing it with a new one.&nbsp; I offered to pay but they refused to charge me and said it will make up for the trouble. When something similar happened to me (double creased my Armani pants AND returned them to me shiny), I found a new cleaner because I was afraid of what they'd do to them if I took them back.
