New dress. You look more svelte and sophistocated in it, and still comfortable and not fussy. Now, the original dress has more of a casual vibe so maybe it has a role for a different reason. But when you compare them, I would say even for a casual cotton dress, you should aim more for the lines of #1 and not the high neckline. I have large arms and broad shoulders and I think they magnify where they cut across the arm.&nbsp; Now I know to pass by capped sleeved dresses ! The middle dress - I agree that's a lot of black and the features at the neckline don't add as much interest as I think the designer had hoped.
