I mean, ever?) yet but what struck me, besides the tailoring and 'severity' that y'all have mentioned, is the very controlled color palette. It's all smoky mid-tones and low-contrast. I think I powered through that series in just a few days. Her clothes are incredibly form fitting, but somehow she makes them look easy comfortable. I also appreciate the fact that she's small-chested and doesn't try to hide it. After years of the pushup and paddings, it's a relief to see that in the media. (She also, in a scene where she is undressed, wearing gorgeous underwear.)&nbsp; </p> <p>But in my secret schadenfreude soul, I also love that her figure is not perfect and that is OK.&nbsp; Yes, she's incredibly slim.&nbsp; But!&nbsp; She has a little belly.&nbsp; She has a bit of thigh poof.&nbsp; And if gorgeous Robin Wright, whose every Claire Underwood outfit is tailored to the nines, and who has the benefit of every body-shaping bit of spandex wonderfulness in the world, doesn't look 100% perfect in her outfits, well... maybe I can be a little bit nicer to myself.</p> <p>That aside, everything she wears is amazing.&nbsp; It makes me think how much more selective I myself should be -- and that I should get more stuff tailored!</p>
