I will have fun trying some ideas. &nbsp;I will post some outfit pics. &nbsp;</p> <p>P.S. I was thinking to scratch this top completely and buy a couple more dressier tops to wear to casual get-togethers. I would wear it with my grey/pewter or my greeny-grey pants, and would try to tie in a necklace or earrings to bring the pants colour higher, then maybe gold or lighter shoes to take the top colour down, making the look cohesive. You're in Florida so slightly summery-looking is OK for the climate, right?<br /> Do you have any lower contrast pants? Not sure you want to add anything to your wardrobe or SYC?<br /> White jeans would work for sure and you could “ warm it up” with some warm tones in leather footwear and bag, gold accessories.<br /> If you are shopping, then pants in a lighter warmer neutral, depending on what you wear and what works with the tone of the knit. It's a neutral beigey/off-white color with gold thread running throughout. &nbsp; I'm interested in wearing it to casual Christmas house parties. &nbsp;</p> <p>I'm looking for alternatives to black bottoms or blue denim. &nbsp;I wore dark blue demin to a party last weekend and it was cute.</p> <p>I tried it with my black Vince Camuto tube skirt and the proportions look nice, however the black is harsh against the beigey-gold. &nbsp;It works mostly but I look cut in two. &nbsp;Maybe if I had some gold below the waist (maybe gold bracelets) it might look nicer. &nbsp;I tried the black skirt/gold top combo on with black velvet loafer flats. &nbsp;Maybe if I had something shimmery on the foot...</p> <p>Any ideas? &nbsp;White jeans would probably look nice as far as color goes. &nbsp;I'm hesitant to wear them for holiday parties. &nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for any ideas. </p>
