During my childhood my family would go to a seaside park for Christmas and we would have a picnic lunch, then swim and play cricket. It's pretty different from a UK Christmas I think! But it's funny because we still love the Northern hemisphere Christmas motif: Santa Claus, snowflakes and reindeer.
