I used them once with a halter dress. You can only get away with them if you need minimal support, but they stick onto your breasts from underneath. You can only wear them once, but they work pretty well. It is night here so I will have to wait for another day for abetter picture&lt;p/&gt;What kind of bra do I need for a backless dress? I can go without but Marley recommended support... </p>
