I really like them with the rust tights+shorts, and you'd get a similar leg effect with shorter skirts too, but am less keen about them with gray unless most of the outfit is gray; I don't really like them with the skirt in 10-12, the materials and styles clash to my eye. This brand is also known for being comfortable...but OTOH a 3 inch heel is still a 3 inch heel and if you're not used to it the balls of your feet are likely to be burning after a few hours if you have to stand/walk a lot.</p> <p>I liked them with the tights. I have a couple--I'll add those later tonight when I get home from work, and try them with jeans as well. The only problem is my pants will probably be too short (as someone mentioned) since I normally don't wear 3.5 inch heels, so I'll have to stick to skinnies or live with imperfect PPL. The shoes are more rust colored than red, but I agree that they look better with the gray socks.</p> <p>I walked around a lot at home and was surprised that they were fairly comfortable despite their height, because the heels are stacked and it's a platform (so really only about 3 inch heel) and there's some rubber under the footpad, and there's an ankle strap. So I felt pretty sturdy walking around. On the other hand, I bought some Prada heels with a lower heel from Bluefly (I posted a pic in one of my earlier threads about designer shoes) and those heels were so spiky my ankle was wobbling all over the place even with the ankle strap, and the toe box was so pointy it hurt. It was so painful I could not wait to take them off after two minutes! Yuk! Those are going back, obviously. No time for hair/makeup/accessories so please excuse the lack of styling. I just wanted to get a quick sense of whether you think these shoes might work for my wardrobe. I'm also experimenting with some grey socks, rust hose, and gray trouser shorts that I just picked up at Gap/H&amp;M so I'm not sure if these look OK (styling tips gladly accepted). Some of the stuff is new--like the outfit in 1-3 is from H&amp;M and the shirt &amp; jewelry from 4-6 is from Forever 21. </p>
