That skirt from target might work for you, I wear ia higher than my waist, so if you brought it dpown it might cover your knee. It just depends on your body porportion. I'm not sure that I understand, though. Those two photos are the same top/skirt- it's a high waisted skirt, so I tucked the top in. There may be a slight difference between them because one was taken earlier in the day in what I thougth I was going to wear, but it was too hot still so I took another picture in what I actually wore. When you talk about raising the skirt length, are you talking about the polka dot dress? I assume you're referring to the jacket length in the one photo; is that right? You get a great bang for your buck! You should post the date outfit with your jean jacket on too, because I LOVED that most of all; the proportions were just perfect. (Okay, I just did it for you, LOL.)</p> <p>Actually, that is something to think about as you continue down the scale; your body is really changing and thus the proportions of your outfits (where the tops hit on your waist/hips, the length of your skirts/clams/pants, etc) need to reflect that. That was one of the biggest surprises to me as I reached my final body size; what I thought was my absolute body type and shape had changed significantly. For instance, I never knew how long my torso was before, and that affects my top lengths a lot. But it wasn't until I started playing with different clothes shapes that I realized this!</p> <p>I think for you, if you lift your skirt hem to your knee and keep/lower your top length so it lands at your hip, it's going to change the balance of everything.
