I need to pack my clothes in advance and then find a place to get dressed. I typically pick clothes without testing whether they will work, I trust my instincts and hope for the best. I have very few if any problems with the outfits because my wardrobe coordinates well. The difficulties I have encountered involve poor organization on my part, like forgetting a belt, bra or socks. </p> <p>I packed a third favorite silhouette: skinny jeans, top, and topper. In this case I picked my Smythe Blazer as the topper. I like the color and texture of the blazer. It also fits perfectly. The tailor did an excellent job of taking in the back so it isn't too wide but the shoulders fit well, so it is "sleek". The top is a floral silk too that I like for the color and print. I also like the collar with the blazer. I need to pair most v neck tops with a cami so I grabbed one and then I threw in a trusty essential pair of darker wash J Crew high rise skinny jeans. I like the darn tough socks that have a similar blush pink as the cami, plus a dragonfly print which goes with my floral top. I picked Oxford shoes which were comfy and added some shine and toughness to the outfit, plus they have a nice Vibram sole which is good on slippery surfaces. </p> <p>Accessories were simple and included a couple of fine gold chains with beads. One with Pearl's and the other gold beads. I wore pearl stud earrings and of course some bangles. </p> <p>I took a picture of the outfit using the small mirror in the bathroom where I changed for work, and I took another quick pick when I arrived home, where I saw the full length view for the first time....without my shoes because my feet were wet from an unexpectedly strong snow squall during the rush hour commute. I love the outfit, definitely me! Soft, light, classic, sleek, practical, fresh. </p> <p>Cheers! </p>
