Hi Sheila,

I am a huge fan of JCP! Worthington clothing is consistently stylish and affordable. Be sure and check out the other offerings there: Liz Claiborne, Nicole Miller, and American Living (Ralph Lauren). The JCP lingerie department is one of the best I've ever seen!

I agree with AJ: ANA brand is excellent, with a fun, fresh vibe. And the JCP store brand, St. John's Bay, makes the softest cotton tees you will ever find, for under $10 each!

I checked out the MANGO department at JCP a couple of weeks ago and quickly concluded that this line is cut for juniors, although it's clearly sized for Misses.

That famous 80s model, Paulina porizkova, now writes essays for the huffpost. She's quite deft with her writing. Anyhow, she sez JCP is where all the frugal models shopped for basics. Who knew, right? L

I went to JCP to check out their MNG for Mango line, and in the process I came across a bevy of separates in the Worthington label, which was new to me. I was impressed with the colors and styles: lots of black and white (polka dots, prints), citron and violet tops, very cute. The prices were very affordable and the styles could work for the office, church, or a date night. Some pieces might also mix well with denim. Not investment clothing, but fun if you want to try out these looks.

Note: there were also many racks of clothes with this same label that were much
more conservative in style, so apparently it is a brand with a wide range of output.

Edited: trying to add a link for a sample of this collection
