I'm not confident that a large department store would take the time to process them although I'm curious now and might email CS just to ask. I did submit a review on Nordstrom's website so maybe someone out there will get the message. I also wonder if they were marked down because they were a "bad batch" but I'm not inclined to take a chance and order more. I'll just baby the pairs I already have. Nordstrom gave me a $15 gift card (I guess it's their version of a stimulus check), so I bought a pair of Chantelle Soft Stretch Hipsters that were on sale for $15. I thought I couldn't go wrong, since I purchased these same underwear last year, albeit in different colours. Wrong! They're completely different. </p> <p>The fabric isn't as soft or as stretchy as my old pairs, and the bindings on the legs don't have nearly as much give. The bindings feel tight and dig in enough that they aren't invisible under leggings the way the old ones are. My old pairs are dark blue, light blue, and brown, and this new pair is black (couldn't make an exact find since the black is OOS), but the three older pairs all feel identical despite being different colours. And I don't think it's that they've broken in through wear and laundering, because if they felt this way when I first got them, I never would've kept or duplicated them! </p> <p>Am I the only person who's had this problem? I used to recommend this product to *everyone* and now I regret it. Tempted to ask for a refund but I feel a bit bad about returning underwear because I know they'll just end up in a landfill.&nbsp; </p>
