I saw the NAS jacket in the store today and the picture doesn't do it justice. I still like the lightest one the best. The cut of it is more unique.

Well, if it's the body that bothers you, I would think that is probably one of the easiest alterations to make on a jacket aside from sleeve length. The length of the jacket didn't even occur to me as a problem, but I would defer to Angie on this question.

Sarah, wow...ok great!

Scarlet, thanks for the honesty. I think I am worried it is too long and it feels big in the body. I wonder if there are things that can be done about the latter before alterations. Before I do anything I will create some outfits!

oh, I thought I commented this morning, but maybe I was late for work.

Rosie, to be honest I really like the new jacket the best by far. The others are fine, but this one is special I don't think it looks like it doesn't fit, but if you don't feel good, maybe try to figure out where the problem lies. With jackets I always focus on the shoulders first. It's hard to tell on these photos if the shoulder sits just right, so I can't say.

I really love the detail/style on the NAS jacket. It also may not look as big on me in person, as Taylor mentioned. I'm not used to things feeling so big, but I will play with the styling a bit.

Per my usual frustration, I'm between sizes on the jacket. The XL was a bit snug and the arms itched, and this one just feels big.

I'm glad everyone likes jacket #2! Perhaps no matter what I will pass on jacket 1 since I don't get much wear out of it anyway.

Joy, good idea - Michelle and I are emailing about it and trying to see if it will work. Thanks for thinking of it!

Hmmm, is it possible that the NAS jacket you have is Michelle's size? (just in case you don't keep it). I agree with Taylor that it looks better in person. The rich detailing doesn't show up well in photos. I like them all but can see that the NAS jacket may be too big for you and is much like your other jackets.

I really like you old jackets. My favorite is #2 though.
The new one seems too long and maybe too big too. Fit is so important for a jacket - bad fit can ruin the best jacket!
It is a gorgeous jacket though - I have tried it on in the store and had hard time to choose between this one and Hinge. Hinge won in the end...

Jacket 1-Toss, I don't care for the fit or the lighter color. Also the sleeves don't look as classic as the other two in style.

Jacket 2-Keep, I like this one a lot for both color and fit.

Jacket 3-Almost keep, I like this one a lot, but it is too big in length, and width. Can you get the smaller size to try?

OK, I'm trying to do an in-one, out-one process. I'll start with the Chanel-esque jacket from NAS. I really like it but I'm still wondering if it is too big, and with my commitment to lost some weight it will only get bigger on me. Interested to hear what you all say.

I have two jackets somewhat similar in style. The light one I don't wear as much because the arms are fairly tight so I have to wear sleeveless tops under, but I like it. The other I wear a fair amount and always get compliments on. I'd be really hesitant to get rid of it because it honestly is one of the items people always love.
