There is very little that appreciates in fashion, but these bags certainly do. Assess the leather, lamb leather is the most delicate, caviar leather is more ideal. Consider the weight, the length of the strap, whether you like the gold hardware, how it sits on your body and whether it houses your everyday things. The blue colour is pretty and different enough from the cobalt PS and would work with most colours. I'm not as sure about the other two, as I haven't seen them IRL. Chanel bags are a personal favourite and you are lucky to get such a good deal. Just don't overload the bag or hang it with a lot in it as the base can sag slightly over time. It will be interesting to see which one you select if one of them speaks to you loudly enough.
