Another polyester top, this time in a zebra print with o spring- bought pair of Multiples black clam diggers. The top is no worn once because polyester and too warm. The clam diggers were worn once because the are black. The gold espadrilles have not been worn at all this year because, I think dealing with the ankle strap puts me off. It needs more holes but that would interfere with the gold studs on them. The brand is Marc Fisher. The coral necklace does not get worn much because it needs some repair, but I like the color. Earrings are the big gold tropical leaves. They are getting some wear, at least but are a bit overwhelming on me. The bag gets worn because it is black and white with gold hardware. Should this outfit get more wear. I found a wardrobe hole...coral summer bracelets.i find that I like those thread friendship bracelets as they are light and easily worn mixed with other types. The pants were not worn this summer but I had planned to wear them a lot. They are old EF crepe pull-ons that can be worn full length or rolled to ankle length or shorter. Shoes are old snake patterned loafers that need replacing and bag has not been worn this season I don’t think. It is a pewter/silver studded rectangular clutch/crossbody that actually works pretty well. To bland? I will try to concentrate on those pesky polyester tops if it is not too warm. Otherwise I may move to frocks that have not had an outing for one or even two years or ever. One or two I think I was saving for hot fall, but it may cool off rapidly after Labor Day so it is time to try them out. You can do anything you like. You could give that beautiful blue lace top another outing.<br /> Jonesy, I have learned one lesson... no more hot weather tops in polyester, no matter what. Polyester in general is on hold and needs to be re-evaluated for my wardrobe. The blouse seduced me with it’s pretty Ted Bakerish print and the colors even if it is hot polyester. I think it will be worn with long pants after it gets cooler. The topper is old EF and used to be worn lots in summer. It is cotton. Now I am more likely to reach for linen.<br /> The grey skirt is linen, usually worn with bright white, this year not worn at all, probably because it is a skirt.<br /> Jewelry is old white stone pendant and earrings set in silver. It was bought on an Alaskan cruise several years ago. I have been reaching more for pearls as my white jewelry these days.<br /> The small bag does not get a lot of use because of the silver hardwear and deep pink which I seldom wear. It was chosen today for that silver metal and that the pink, green and greyish white pick up colors in the top. The flats are probably seeing a last wear before donation. I should do a closet edit as we get into the final weeks of summer. </p>
