I decided upon wearing a skirt and jacket today. I particularly love the cut of this jacket, which is very fitted at the waist and it flares out from the waist with a peplum effect. Apologies that my photos don't really show the cut of the jacket. I love this jacket because it is a light weight crepe and the cut of the sleeves are floaty with a bit of drama.&nbsp;</p> <p>My day was busy attending meetings, so dressing formally and in a conservative way was required. To counterbalance the serious tone of my suit, I wore mauve heels, a mauve knit top and my lilac bag. My lilac bag, bought in January 2018, was my most worn bag of last year. I like that it adds a fun pop of colour and it is a practical size and style and this bag definitely had to feature in my signature style week.</p> <p>Skirt and Jacket - Carla Zampatti<br />Knit top - Cue<br />Bag - Kate Spade<br />Heels - Ecco (old) </p>
