I agree with Angie, creams and lotions are not going to do much in the cellulite department. Cellulite forms when pockets of fat push thru the connective tissue that lies just beneath the two layers of skin (dermis and epidermis). Having cellulite isn't an indication of being fat, but having excess fat can increase the appearance of cellulite. So if you lower your body's percentage of fat, or if you increase the amount of muscle in the area you are affected with cellulite the appearance of cellulite will lessen. (easier said than done).

I'm skeptical about any cure for cellulite. I've seen lots of bodies in my line of work, and I know rake thin professional athletes who have cellulite and plus size gals that don’t. I boil down the lack of cellulite to good genes and this is rare. Exercise and creams will minimize the effect but I have yet to hear of a so called cure. I’m not even sure whether cosmetic surgery will do the long term trick.

Man I hate this stuff. I've tried to make peace with it. And...I've tried to scrub it off, lotion it down, exercise it away, Spankx it out of sight...but the dang stuff sticks to my caboose like lumpy oatmeal.

I've tried "Fat Girl Slim" (Bliss), Total Body Lift (Clarins), Strivectin, Avon, Nivea and several other lotions. Nothing seems to budge the bulge. Anyone find a cure for the crud?
