People's bodies change too. Perhaps when some of these celebrities lose a few pounds, they look more hourglass than pear. I like how Imogen used celebrities to exemplify her body type breakdown:

http://www.insideoutstyleblog......rsion.html

For once it actually seemed to make sense, visually.

For some reason I can't get the link to work, but I actually agree that most of these celebrities are pear shaped – perhaps not Kate Winslet. But I’ll throw in Beyonce and Hallie Berry too. You can absolutely have a larger bustline and be pear shaped.

This has something that has been really baffling lately about certain celebrities and their body shapes. Some websites say that Jennifer Lopez is a pear but others say she's an hourglass. This is often the same with Kate Winslet. Some sites and magazines say that Keira Knightley is a pear but I don’t think her waist is defined enough. They also keep saying that America Ferrera is a pear but this makes me really confused because her chest is too big to be of this shape.
It’s so easy to get pear shapes confused for other shapes but sometimes it’s really obvious when the writers get it wrong. What do you ladies think?

Here’s an example I found online

http://www.handbag.com/celebri.....ey/gallery
