This is a medium regular—my usual size. The shoulder seam fits on the shoulder just like the model. (I generally avoid this sleeve because it seems to accentuate my shoulders but the cocoon shape of this sweater coat seems to off set it.) The fabric is gorgeous and it will fit over anything because of the non fitted shoulders.<br /> Thanks, Angie! </p>
