My wardrobe has suddenly gotten much darker and I need to lighten it up more. </p> <p>I live a very casual life in a warm environment. Because of that comfort takes priority, and the skirts I wear all are pull on/elastic waist. Here are a few skirts I wear at home. Mostly top these with short sleeve or sleeveless tees. With skirts, the top length matters, and a little shorter, though not cropped, works best for me. For the tube skirts I will wear longer tops. Styling is everything here though. &nbsp;The Lulu one is interesting - my first reaction was one of horror (for me) because of the volume , but ....I'm intrigued enough to consider &nbsp;it. &nbsp;I'm also leery of ordering from Lulu right now because - apparently - returns are SO slow to process and many people are having trouble communicating with them. &nbsp;I bought a Lulu skirt last year - or maybe the summer before, and it's a simple, pull-on curved hem straight-cut number which hits just above the knee. Guess what ! &nbsp;I've never worn it. I live in Western Australia, our summers are HOT. I like to wear cool and breezy summer skirts in fabrics like cotton, linen and silk. Hot pink polka dot skirt is a new acquisition (my 2020 wildcard purchase) which I am super excited about because THAT COLOUR!!!</p> <p>From summer 2019, the long leopard print skirt was one that I lived in and the&nbsp;white skirt was also a summer 2019 purchase, although I am moving away from wearing shorter skirts. I do wear the shorter skirts in high summer because they are cool and easy to wear with a simple light blouse.</p> <p>In terms of tops - I wear t-shirts, knits, shirts and blouses with my skirts, my collection is in Finds. </p> <p>I know my style is not likely to be for LisaP, but maybe other can provide their summer skirts too!</p>
