And while it is warm, I am in sandals, and I have a couple of relatively casual pairs.&nbsp;</p> <p>But that is my needs and my life. I'm not out walking a dog (for example) or hanging out on somebody's boat, or chasing my kids in the park. I'm walking downtown, to the shops, the market, and the library.
