WOW! I am obsessed by getting the packing down to an ART - long term quest. To that end when I discovered the Dakine split roller and packing cells from quality outdoor retailers I thought I had made it!!! THIS is a dream come true BUT I cannot justify owning any more luggage. The Zuca - will have to wait......(I love the split roller but the Zuca....speechless.
Thanks - and go for it. Please post a picture of what you fitted in it and how - so I can salivate.

The Zuca bags were a big thing at my Local Yarn Store a few years ago. Everyone was buying them and carting them around our local fiber festivals. There was a lot of love for them but I didn't quite get the hype since I prefer backpacks to rolling luggage.

I can see enjoying them for say, intercity bus travel where I might spend a lot of time waiting around for the bus and want a place to sit.

I love a non-roller bag. So much lighter and easier! I have an old travelpro roller but am loving this bag I got 2 years ago:
http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/pro.....duffel-bag

Trishalee- I also have a Tumi lightweight carryon roller. It's less than a year old, but very well-travelled and functional. I am a fiend for combining durable with easy to hoist in my suitcases, which can be a hard combination.

That Zuca looks pretty interesting. I do like the idea of the organization components. There are many good companies that sell different sized zipper cases for packing, and I do like the see-through ones for smaller items as well as things that don't wrinkle easily. This could be an interim measure if it is not quite time for a new suitcase. I have purchased them at the Container Store and REI/EMS type stores.

That looks like a great carry on bag! And if it keeps everything that organized, that would be amazing.

I use a Travelpro Rollaboard, but the built in seat on this one is seriously ingenious.

Ack, I clicked and then obsessively read reviews all over the net and now I WANT this bag. The built-in seat is so cool, and I fly a lot. Not sure if I'm glad to have seen it, but WOW, it is going on my list!

One thing I am really good at is using only a carry on when I travel. I choose items that mix and match and tread lightly across the planet. It is actually very liberating for me to not have a bag of endless choices. That is what works for me, someone who used to pack ridiculous amounts of items. I have friends who would go crazy if they didn't have a full size suit case full of shoes alone. To each his own I say.

I currently have a very well loved and still in great shape Tumi roller but I am always searching for the "perfect" bag. I may have stumbled across one. Has anyone here had any experience with a Zuca bag? http://www.zuca.com I would love to hear your thoughts on this interesting bag.
