I have two of the Barefoot Dreams cardis and, yes, the sleeves run narrow. I usually wear them over tanks. Agree about those tight sleeves on the Barefoot Dreams Drape Front Cardi in Ombre--I have t shirts that work under it, short and long sleeve. I love its coziness, but I do find the narrow arms annoying.
