It's funny how much of a grey cardigan addict I am, yet how much I think other people don't need such an extensive grey cardigan collection. So I'm a hypocrite. There you have it. The last, black one is the best but I would like to see the p/leather details somewhere else... Like a pocket. I like the marled sweater but might like to compare it to the BR marled sweater that was an Angie pick. The details on the BR one are neat, and it looks fine on you, but the length is shorter so I don't think it's quite as of the moment as the other longer ones, if that matters to you. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/cardigan-lab-outfits-and-krs#post-1382617 Fri, 24 Oct 2014 15:25:29 +0000 Tanya 1382617@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I have rediscovered my love for cardigans this fall, in big part due to YLF and Angie's awesome blog posts on this topic.&nbsp; Cardigans are very useful for my casual lifestyle, so I have set up to build a nice collection of updates styles.</p> <p>The first four photos show the new styles I currently own in actual outfits that were already worn (some already posted, some not).&nbsp; <br />#1 is a summery AE cardi I really liked earlier in the summer, probably because it looks very similar to one featured in an Angie ensemble last fall.<br />#2-#4 are different renditions of the recent MOTG cardigan ensemble.&nbsp; The grey BR cardi in #2 and red J.Crew one in #3 were Angie's picks and I am very confident about them.&nbsp; The Express sweater coat in #4 was part of the Express cardigan haul and was supposed to be a part of K/R with the rest of them, but I really liked it and promptly tore the tags and wore it, so I guess that says something.&nbsp; Still, I would be very interested in knowing what you think of it for me. </p> <p>The rest of the photos show three different cardis for K/R.&nbsp; I did not really style them, just threw them over white tee and jeans to keep the focus on them.&nbsp; There are two photos for each, a regular one and a close up. They are: #5/6: Express stone cocoon cardi<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; #7/8 Express marled open cardi and<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; #9/10 BR black draped shawl collar with pleather details.<br />I would like you to be very strict about them as I only want to keep 10s, in term of color, shape, fit .&nbsp; I also want them to look very current.&nbsp; I can keep them all or return them all. I know that I definitely want a black one with leather details, but don't know if the BR version is "the one".&nbsp; I would also be very happy to find an interesting shape in charcoal, navy or taupe.</p> <p>Also, feel free to suggest any other cardigans that would round up the capsule nicely.</p>
